Matboden restaurant and shop do this. Their website is in Swedish (or Norwegian?)

Hiya
Just in case any one is still looking for one, I just swapped my empty SodaStream gas bottle for a full one at Millar in Punta Prima. It cost €19.90.
They had concentrate, empty bottles, machines, gas etc
