Hello, my husband and I are hoping to spend 3 weeks in Torrevieja in March and would like to hire cycles for at least 2 weeks and would like to know where we can hire them, any suggestions gratefully received. Regards Gwen and Bryan

I am sure if you googled it several shops in the area would come up.However a friend of mine purchased one from Facebook for 60€, & sold it before he went back. Even if he had scrapped the bike it would have been cheaper than hiring it.

Thank you for your reply, last year we bought 2 from a second hand shop and resold them to the shop. But we thought this was just so lucky it won't happen again. I think the Facebook idea is great but I don't do Facebook, I might have to join just for that reason. Thanks again, Gwen

There is a cycle shop which rents out bicycles (including electric motor assisted) at reasonable rates on the corner of Calle Maria Parodi and Avenida Diego Ramirez. Hope this helps.
