BBVA bank

Hello, we recently purchased a property in Villa Martin area, during the purchase our solicitor opened a Spanish bank account on our behalf with Bankinter, all was fine until we realised we were charged 30€ per card, and the bank maintenance fee was 120€.
I have since been looking for alternatives and bbva do not appear to charge fees, can anybody please confirm this, these appear to take care of transferring the direct debits that are now set up, again free of charge, but his there a catch? ,thank you in advance for any help you can
