Hi - our estate agent has recommended a solicior but I am unsure if it is better to find someone through personal reccomendation? Would be very grateful for recommendations of trustworthy solicitors.

are dealing with house purchases and have found them very helpful in the past for other legalities.

I agree, I used Sun Lawyers 9 years ago when I bought my house, fantastic service. Still use them!

Deffo use a solicitor not tied to Estate agent and dont pay any deposit let the solicitor deal with that, I agree with tebo we used sun lawyers they were very good lady called Victoria.
