We know it won’t be anything as good as fibre optic, but not a lot we can do. 

Is your WiFi via a dish or are you able to have fibre optic broadband. We would want a TV package and stop/start, just as you do.

It's fibre now, it did used to be a mini dish on the roof. I'm not sure you can switch the fibre on and off at will though.
