Hi, is anyone else having problems with their internet connection? Our router is working and all lights are on, satellite is also working but wondering if the weather has affected the connection? Thanks

If all the lights are on, I really don't know.
The first thing I'd try is rebooting the router - turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again.
If that doesn't do it, look at network connections on your computer or whatever you're using, to check if it's seeing the internet.
Also, see if you can use the internet with your mobile phone, e.g. if you've got WhatsApp, is that working.
If none of that works, and nobody else suggests other steps, then ring your internet provider and they should be able to do a test while you're on the phone to them.

In our experience the weather can effect the signal reception, if it is not back to normal when the weather has cleared then you may need to contact your supplier.
