Remote control for flexa

Hi, should there be a remote control for flexa tv channels? Using tv remote and it’s just going onto normal tv channels?

I don't know of Flexa but I would imagine that you would need a dedicated remote control. If you have just had it installed perhaps they forgot to leave it with you.
I would give them a ring and ask for an explanation.

I’ve not heard of flexa but is it on a box or is it an app on your tv?
If it’s an app on your tv then you will only need to open the app on your tv and the tv remote will navigate through the app.
If it’s on a box or firestick, you’ll need either the device remote or they can sometimes be controlled by an app on your phone.

Flexa deliver our TV via a Mag Box, which uses a dedicated remote.
