Hi Cally, I only had half my channels when I came over last week and am just starting to get more back. I went to the horadada shop in zenia Boulevard and they said it's because of the storm and they are trying to fix it but don't know how long it will take. I'd imagine lots of customers have complained, good idea about getting a partial refund

I have had no ITV since the storm, last night it came on again but today again no ITV. Internet had been fine since the storm.

ITV has just come on again, I am not complaining as I realize there are problems. It is nothing compared to what other people have lost in the storm.

Hi, I am in Pinar de Campoverde and have same problem with Avatel, get different stories and told Engineer will call but never does. Had problems last couple months. Service seems to have deteriated recently.
