I think I’ve asked this before about driving my son’s uk registered motorhome as I’m a Spanish resident and Spanish driving license.
Please help me and read below perhaps you understand better.
If your license has the qualification for the vehicle IMO that reads to me that you can drive it.
As a caveat check with your local police they should give you a definitive answer.

You've asked this many times, as it's your motorhome, your partner's motorhome and now your son's motorhome.
You'll be fine. Just make sure that you can prove it's not been in Spain for longer than 6 months, that you're insured to drive it and that you have documented permission from you son (owner) to drive it. Don't forget that if if get's impounded for whatever reason it will only be able to be collected by the owner on payent of whatever fine.
