Lots of talk on here recently regarding 90/180 etc.

Various opinions varying from "that's it, I'm going back to the UK" to "it'll be alright, the Spanish need our money"..

I came across this somewhere else and copied it across in case it might help inform some with their future choices, particularly more recent, more opinionated individuals.

Yes, time for some to consider their options.

Time is running out for the overstayers, chancers, ignorant, snowbirds, illegal immigrants, call them what you will.

What I like is the genuine, legal self employed are able to charge the going rate for the work they do, rather than being undercut by bodgit and scarper.

Yes, and it removes the temptation for people to employ these fly by nights.

Hi Cheryl,

May I ask what happened when you returned to Spain regarding having only a entry stamp from previous visit as I’m in the same boat!!

I was considering flying back this weekend just to resolve this, surely the border control could see your coming in again!! And have to had left!! I’ve tried calling every embassy , Alicante airport etc I’ve emailed embassy, I’ve got all my flight details, it would annoy me to come back in December as planned to find out id used 60 instead of 16days of my 90/180.

Did border control ask about you having only one stamp? It’s a headache no one needs!!

Many thanks in advance

Regards Alistair

Hi Alistair

When we arrived in Spain on Saturday our passport was stamped but they didnt notice/mention  about the exit stamp from last month.

Moving forward l will definately ask them to stamp it when l leave as could cause problems for our next visit in March. I have read on this site and numerous posts on facebook about passports not being stamped on exit !
