Hello All,

First time asking a question on this great Forum!!

Excuse me for my ignorance.......

Myself, my Spanish partner and 2 kids will be moving to Villamartin from the UK in the not too distant future, will I experience any difficulty obtaining residency if we move after the 01 Jan 2021 - end of the transition period. We are not married, have 2 children and have been living with each other 10+ years, my partner has a Spanish passport......

Any comments would be appreciated.......

Thanks in advance.....

Get married and all your problems will go away, a UK registry office wedding will cost you £150.
