Hi has anyone else had trouble getting there QR code via the spanish health app? My daughter arrives in alicante on tuesday, she's filled the form in via the app and when she gets to the end to get code it keeps saying communication error! She has filled in and printed off the form from ryanair site, so hopefully that will do. Any suggestions.

That's exactly what happened to me. So I completed the Form by hand and it was collected when I arrived in the Arrivals Hall. Lots and lots of people going the same so I'm sure your daughter doesn't need to worry.

Thanks for that, we will keep trying and hopefully it works. She flown out lots of times on her own but this is the first time since february.

It is android, but once you click get QR code you get the message communication error. She's tried doing it online but she hasn't got the security code for her account. She must of deleted it by mistake. Ive been told that this has happened to alot of people and they have jyst handed the form in on arrival.

I was having that problem. Came out of the app and did it online without issue.

I did mine today for flight on Tuesday from google, just typed in Spanish health firm. It is 48 hours before hand. I got code within seconds and printed off . So got on phone and in paper form.

She cant do it online because shes deleted the security code needed to log in.

we have both got the app and we both get the same error message. She can't do it online as she's deleted the security code needed to log in
