Hi, i own a property in the Villamartin area. Our community is having major issues with our management company. Can anyone recommend a property management company that we could approach to take over the running of the community

We here in Montegolf use Vivendoo, they have an office near the Townhall in Playa Flamenca.
They have been excellent.

When we changed administrators years ago for finance & easier access reasons, our president sourced & got quotes from other companies. These were submitted at our meeting of owners & voted on and a decision was made
Sorry I cant help with administators in your area, just thought I would let you know our process to change

Our community also uses Vivendoo and have always been happy with their service.
