Hello all,I am new to the forum and property buying in Spain.I am looking at a property on the above and would welcome all advise good bad or indifferent about the site,the area,buying,entertainment and shopping in fact anything that will help me decide.

I am not sure about La Florida, I know the Abbey Tavern is a nice place, Spanish and English and opposite is a commercial centre.
I am in Villamartin and near Villamartin Plaza which is busy all year round, lots of places to eat, bars and in the summer have music in the square, which is very popular.
