Can anyone tell me how much it costs to put a swimming pool on the escritura. I have all the licences and urb permissions etc, I just need to put the pool on the escritura.

Hi

So far it has cost me architects fees, 700 euros, I am sure that there will be another Catrastro fee, and I have been waiting almost 2, yes two, years, for the updated escritura because Alicante is short of workers!!!!!

Spanish incompetence at its finest.... get a job with a Ministry and you have a job for life if you work or not... unsackable!

Sorry to give you bad news - really!

Kind regards

Richard

Hi Richard thanks for your reply. No architects needed for me. All the necessary paperwork has been done. It's just the legal bit. Notary and land registry plus whatever the abogado charges. That's the bit I need to know. However you are right. I won't be holding my breath!!!!

Hi Johny

The Notary fees  which I think included the Catastro charge was 1100 (eleven hundred) euros.    Basically the same price that I paid to register the house!  Total rip-off...

Kind regards

Richard
