Morning all new poster here and looking to buy apartment or house in either VM or CQ would be interested to hear personal opinions in respect of both and positives and negatives relating to both.

Hi Marango

I have stayed at both and ended up buying in Villamartin.A lot depends on what you are looking for.I don't drive,so was looking for somewhere that had the local amenities,but didn't also want somewhere too busy.I bought in Las Filipinas as I like to walk to La Zenia Boulevard(great shopping centre)and also the beach which is about 45 minutes away.There are local buses that also take you there(only every hour and half),but not at the weekend apart from the summer months.I stayed for 3 months in Quesada,by the country club,but didn't suit me because of the local amenities.

County club area bit hilly Dona Pepa better area everything very close by

We also stayed at the bottom of the hill near to La Marqueas golf,near Bull Flanagans,but I believe that is no longer there.
