Hi Dgiddi. Really sorry. No offence intended, but, the poster would be looking at totally the wrong thing. I understand you were only trying to help. The 'little knowledge' pun was basically meaning, in the best possible way, wrong information can be more harmful. I am actually a heating engineer and the number of times I go to a job where someone' has read', or someone 'has been told' and tried to fix the fault themselves.
Please accept my apologies.

Thanks to everyone.. I had another much more serious situation occur and never manage to reply or thank everyone for their advice and help..
somehow it rectified itself and worked some hours later..

Have you checked your water pressure that's if they work the way in which the uk ones do.
