Hi guys,

Just a message to see how things are currently over there.

Looking to come out first week in August but need to tread carefully with this.  Could someone please give me a sort of heads up with how the Costa Blanca is doing just now?  I live in Edinburgh and currently i will need to self isolate for 14 days when travelling to Spain.  This is obviously not ideal.

Im coming over to hopefully buy a property.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Adam

Hi Adam,

We're also in Edinburgh and will be travelling out early August for the first time in 4 months.

We bought in Playa Flamenca 2 years ago and love it.

Just my personal opinion but I think the 14 day quarantine will be over before August. The other 3 nations have scrapped it and there's a review on the 20th July.

If you need help with anything give me a shout👍

Craig

Hi Adam. Weve just returned from Punta Prima. We got through Manchester and Alicante airports really quickly as they were really quiet as you'd expect. We felt very safe over there. Had to sanitise everywhere and tables and chairs sanitised before sitting down (both inside and out) masks had to be carried at all times and worn in every shop and where social dustancing not possible. Our pool was open however sunbeds were not allowed in the pool area.

Good luck in your search

Hi Cheryl,

Many thanks for this info.

Nice to know people are being respectful of the situation.  Glad you got back with no hassle.

Cheers
