You’ve bought a property you’ve never seen, in an area you’ve never visited

You’ve bought it as an investment, but thank God you’re not relying on the income, as you’re now wondering if it’s all worth it

You appear to have no idea of the requirements of letting a property legally, however “I’ve been told as long as it’s (license) has been applied for you can rent it out” and “but we have a lawyer who has a spare registration no that we can use in the meantime”

You’re now asking how much you can get for an apartment that you, as the owner, have never seen.
