Why are there no public toilets in the beaches some have non the beaches that have them punta prima and playa flamenca there are toilets but they are all looking locked what are people supposed to do anyone know who or what department we ask this question?

According to a notice at the beach,toilets and bars are closed due to a problem with the council not sorting licenses. They hoping for this to be resolved shortly.

This is a link to Costa Blanca News . I have heard rumours that the "authorities" have doubled the rent to around €500,000.00 per year for the companies to operate on the beaches and the administration are in a wrangle as to who owns the mobile toilets . Lets hope it resolves itself soon without the usual Red tape and alleged corruption as its very bad for tourism and a blow for the users of our beaches . There will be no doubt some businesses close to the affected beaches rubbing their hands in the short term but beach Churinguitos and their services are handy, iconic and a crowd pleaser not to mention providing local jobs . Lets hope it resolves
