Has anybody else on this forum had trouble obtaining their tourist licence through OCC property near la fuente commercial center and Total Conveyancing just round the corner.

No one seems to respond now from either company.

I think that the tourist licence should actually be obtained from your local town hall (ayuntamiento) and not from a company.   Some town halls will not issue more of them.

I'm afraid that's incorrect. It's the Tourist Office for Generalitat Valencia that issue the licence. It's their decision whether the application ticks the boxes.

Town halls decide whether a building or urbanisation is valid for applicants, and I believe they issue the Compatibility Certificate. (I did mine before the CC was required)

Kind regards

Steve
