Can anyone reccomend a good natural supplement / remedy for joint pain.

That depends on whether the cause is osteo-arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, damage, strained tendons, etc.
If it's osteo-arthritis, then glucosamine works for some people, as does omega 3 oils.
In addition. Sun (vitamin D) & the use of olive oil(consumption & absorbsion (absorpsion) seems to help.

If diabetic, be careful with Glucosamine, as your sugar levels will go through the roof within 30 mins of taking it!
