Sorry, but you've not given enough information.
If you're in receipt of the UK state retirement pension, and your NI contributions are sufficient, then DWP at Newcastle will issue you with an S1 form, which will enable you to transfer to the Spanish health system. With the S1, you go to an INSS office and they arrange to issue you with a SIP card, which will enable you to register with whichever medical centre you prefer.
If you're not eligible for an S1, then you will need private medical insurance before you can become an official resident. After twelve months residence, then you can buy into the Valencian health system and register with a doctor.

In need of a doctors urgently. Where do I go? Do I just turn up and wait? Will I need to make appointment? And will I even be seen as only on holiday?

If you're on holiday here, your EHIC will cover you for emergency treatment.
You can try a medical centre, but some of the smaller ones don't like or can't cope with the paperwork involved by an EHIC, so they'd probably send you to the nearest hospital's Urgencias department.

Hi , This is very urgent can someone tell me the closest private doctor in villamartin area. My nephew has had a kidney transplant and one of his medications were left at the airport and the local medical centre refused to issue a prescription possibly because of the cost . and the pharmacy wont accept an English prescription. So think if we pay privately for prescription and then the 400 euros for the meds he wont need to come home...Only arrived yesterday and cannot be without the meds for more than 2 days...All help appreciated...

I can only hope he has travel insurance so maybe give their emergency line a ring? If it was me, I would turn up at the nearest hospital with my EHIC, travel insurance documents and everything you have with you re his medical history if nobody on here can suggest anything better for you.
