I'm a new member and I had a similar view to you, but in fairness it does seem to be confined to just a few people, which is no different to any other forum.
I must confess I was a bit miffed, having posted totally accurate and up-to-date information, based on very recent personal experience, to have it totally ignored to the point that others responded as if my post were invisible. Hence my comment about the validity of member's views in a later post.
But this is just the way forums work - you have to earn your credentials. Its definitely a lot different from having a discussion down the pub!

Hopefully you will reconsider, The Forum while not perfect is a valuable resource but as in all walks of life you will encounter less than helpful, abrupt or rude people.
