Hi all, does anybody have an apartment to rent between 19/6/20 and 28/6/20? 3 people. Non smokers. Needs to be very close to Villamartin Plaza and no higher than 1st floor unless there is a lift.

Hi Lorraine, are you flexible with your dates at all as I have a brand new ground floor apartment in Valentino golf which is 5 mins walk to the plaza. 1 twin room 1 double with ensuite, large garden and hot tub. Available from the 24th if any good?

Hi Ray, to clarify it's a new build as opposed to an older style place. We've had it for about a yr and a half now and you're right they take ages to process things in Spain. Definitely a lot of admin involved in renting out property but of course wouldn't want to do it illegally. Heavy fines now I believe. Always worth checking 1st 👍
