Hi

Has anyone any experience with Imerso? I am a bit stuck. My husband has applied to join, received his “Acreditacion” letter with his Clave pin. However when we access the Turismo website and enter his DNI it confirms we are accredited and at the bottom of the page it asks us to enter into a box a “Clue”. We have put in the Clave pin and thought it was a translation error, but are unsure if this is correct. We only have a short period to confirm the Clave pin.

Any help gratefully received.

Clave is password or code. So, yes, that would be your Cl@ve password/code.

Clave is actually the word for key. The word for 'password' is 'contraseña'.

Yes, but we don't always translate literally. In this case the clave is in fact your code or number that you need to enter your cl@ve permanente, as I mentioned above. In Spanish the words clave and contraseña are often interchangeable 🙂

So Pauline just to clarify, you have Imerso and you entered your Accreditation Clave pin in the box called Clue and this was correct?
