Hi

We used Abaco and they have a good website. It's €180 euros for their Wills service and they are easily accessible on email for any questions. We also use them as our Fiscal Representatives for our taxes.

For house insurance as Non Resident we use www.Intasure.com

But if you are resident in Spain it's better to go to a few local independent insurers to get the best price . Banks can be very expensive in our experience.

Sorry if this has already been asked but if it has I cant find it.

We have a holiday home in spain and have recently had a UK will made which included our place in Spain.

My question is do we need to get a Spanish will or will our UK will cover our Spain property?

Hi because of different laws in Spain you need a spanish will .
