We’ve  owned my property for a while now and we’ve  decided to move over . We giving ourselves 3 months to see if it is for us. I would be grateful for any advice on meeting groups.

And do people find it easy living there.

 Any info would be great

Thank you

Jane

Hi

We have lived here for 3 years now and have absolutely no regrets. We didn't know anybody when we arrived and now have a large circle of friends and a very active social life. Everybody is really friendly and wants to make friends. It is important to mix with people and also to have hobbies and keep busy. Depending on your interests there are lots of groups you can join. My husband plays golf regularly and I do sociable keep fit classes - zumba etc..and go for coffee after with the other ladies in the classes. We also go to pub quizzes, play cards etc..

We are in our mid 50s so we also do part time ad- hoc cleaning and gardening work.

Good luck with your move, you won't look back.

Ros ☺

Hi  Jane0624

As long as you are prepared to make the effort there are clubs and groups that cover all most every possible activity you will ever need.  Just check the web and the local free papers.
