Wow ok electrical quite pricey then? And commuinty fees. I think if/when I moved I would want to pay community fees and would of course want to reduce bills as much as possible
So you don’t live in Spain? You rent your house out? If so changing the subject slightly how much do you charge for a week? ( school holidays?)
