Can anyone recommend a good reliable gestor in Villlmamartin/ La Zenia areas? I have a lawyer who will be sorting out my house purchase but I’m hearing that I may need a local gestor to sort out insurances, utilities, residency etc. Any help will be great.

Uma at getlegalinspain.com. She's a lovely Spanish lady who speaks perfect English and will sort out most things for you at reasonable rates and she's based in Torrevieja. If you are a Brit though, the system for Residencia is not offering any appointments at the moment but Uma can explain everything. Highly recommended personally.

Not sure why people are saying there are no appointments as my lawyer told me there are some in August but I want one in September so she’s waiting 2 weeks until she books it. It might just be in certain areas but she was adamant this morning that I could have one in August!
She’s sorting out my bank account and NIE for me with POA. I’ll look around for house insurance and I will need health insurance as well.
