Does anyone know how one finds out who owns a plot of land and whether there is likely to be buildings on it in the future?

I am interested to know about the plot beside the new school and the Banana Tree restaurant - flats are flying up everywhere and it would be nice to have some open space e.g school recreational area.......

I would presume that Orihuela Costa Town Hall or Playa Flamenca Town Hall would have this information.

The land all around the BT looks like it is  zoned for building and has planning approval.

The way to check on site is to see if there is a freestanding concrete structure which houses electric meters. These are usually erected to supply a service whilst the builders erect the properties.
