Hi we are looking to buy a second home with the view to eventually move to villa Martin. We have visited a few times and really like The Valencia’s so we are open to ideas .... the must haves...

3 bedrooms. Nice solarium. South facing. Green areas. Don’t mind doing a little work but obviously the price should reflect this.

Looking to spend up to 200 Euros depending on area and facilities and style/layout of house. Would prefer it to be unfurnished unless it was furnished to a high standard .

We are aware that we could purchase a brand new property for that price but I prefer Spanish style houses than the new builds but obviously it’s something we still need to consider

Basically we are open to suggestions We will be visiting in a few weeks again to look at properties

i have got 3 bedroom house in villa martin with sun terrace and large under build and large garden fully furneshed

Hi We have a 3 bedroomed house 2 bathroom & garage on Valencias 4 Large gardens front and rear, and at the moment due to family illness in the uk we might consider selling, we have upgraded the property to a very good standard New kitchen / walk in shower etc.
