You would be better off going to a firm of solicitors to achieve your residency. There is Sun Lawyers in your area who are often recommended. They are experts at doing residency.

You will need to prove that you have enough income to satisfy the authorities you won't become a burden on the state. You will need a Spanish bank account with three months of regular income of around €500 per month. That account will also need to show outgoing payments to various companies to prove you are actually living in Spain.

You will need prove you have full healthcare coverage for you and your family.

There are other requirements needed that your solicitor will explain to you.

Hope I've helped a little.
