I’ve just come back from a short stay in Spain, one of my tasks was to contact Hidraqua to change my bank direct debit details. Our home in Playa Flamenca is only a short walk from their office next to the Suma office in PF, so I walked round but was told that I need to make an appointment. The somewhat rude lady didn’t want to know, said I have to ring up to book this appointment. When I rang the next day, there are options to request an English speaking advisor, who, rather booking an appointment, made the required changes to my DD over the phone!
I have attached a photo of their contact details, I’d suggest you give them a call first and hopefully somebody can help out

Hi, it's next to the Town Hall at Playa Flamenca. I saw it the other day when I had to go to the Town Hall.

Thank you for all the help. I will definitely give them a call as unable to get the website to make changes I need really appreciate the time people have taken.
