I'd just arrived with a huge shop to fill my fridge and lo and behold the only thing that switched in the fridge was the light. No refrigeration. Not easy with intense heat..no cool drinks, my shopping going off by the minute.
Thanks to a helpful contributer having posted to help some other person asking advice to buy a fridge freezer, I followed the advice stated. He was so right. Staff gave good attention, listened and did there best to find solutions to problems.
Mauri went the extra mile to help me and even text information the next day, his day off. I felt empathy and the delivery staff also tried to get a fridge in out to me asap. I am very happy with the result and felt help was there for me. Much appreciated.
This was in contrast to a rival mega store, nearby, where you have to fpindp and follow staff in red T shirts, not knowing which department they belong to, stand idlyby while they engage in long conversations with clients and don't acknowledge you until they are finally done while you have no way of knowing if other clients await in another aisle. They can't answer questions on delivery and don't seem interested in finding out. As it turns out they couldn't say days week or years and tool their eyes at such questions while they engage for 40 mins with just one client. Definitely understaffed and the onus on you to drag answers from them.
Night and day. Definitely recommend Conforama for good service and attentive staff.
