I’m looking for a qualified builder, not interested in anyone who thinks they can build or the brother of a relative who says he can build. I have a cracked outer wall that needs repair and it’s not just a matter of a crack in the rendering.
You could trying asking the Local Architect in the local Adjuntament. (Town Hall). Most Towns employ one, even if it is only on a prt time basis. I believe they keep a list of licenced tradesman in your area. You have to be careful of using builders from other areas as you can be heavily fined if you use an unlicensed worker, plus it sounds like you might want to employ someone who can give you a guarantee.
