Hello
I'm looking to move to the ate as my partner is from there and I am in need of a job.
Can anyone point me in the direction of jobs in the area?
Hi Chris,
You are going to get a lot of very negative replies! Mainly because there is not a lot of work around due to the Covid19 virus and also because Spanish locals will get the first shot at any building jobs available. There are a lot of expats here but it would be good if you spoke Spanish as, apart from clients, building companies and so on, there is a lot of red tape to getting work, health cover and your papers in order. It’s the same in most countries but if you don’t know the ropes, it’s that much more difficult.
If you do something that you are particularly skilled at then you might just have a better chance.
