Hello.

In the UK i had my own business for many years running exercise sessions for older adults. The classes were very simple,fun, popular and beneficial to all those who participated. I am considering setting up something similar here in the beniarbeig/benidoleig area... Is anyone interested out there?

Hi I am in the proses of selling my house in Benidolieg and hoping to find a smaller home in Benidorm. my question is what should I have to pay in tax on selling my property and buying another? I have not been living in Spain continuously since covid, even though I lived there for 37 years until then, I am now 87 years old and married,.and would not be able to afford anything worthwhile if I had to pay the 40% I have been told to expect to have to pay.  What with the estate agent and the lawyer frees as well.

I was hoping to move to Benidorm as we are now getting older and I don't want to have to get a Spanish driving licence. But my lawyer now tells me that as I have spent more time in the Uk than in Spain( mainly due to Covid). in the last 5 years  I will have to pay about 43,000 euros in tax on the sale of my house, it seems I am not now a fiscal inigrant, as I intend to spend about the same amount as I get for my home on another in Benidorm is it correct that I will have to pay so much I have lived here over 40 years and I do have a TIE?. I still have 5% of the sale price to pay to the Estate Agent and 1000 Plus to the Lawyer. Pus other fees . I am not so sure we want to move at all.

I have a kitchen light to fit and also some circuits keep on blowing the fuse box. Suspect water damage?

Hardly used, cordless & bag less 3 speed vacuum cleaner. Vgc. With simple re-charging lead. €50 ono.

Myself and my partner (and pup) are here for a few months visiting my nan! 

We have driven over from Cornwall, UK. 

And are hoping to have a lovely winter here! Any advice on book shops/meets, where to and not to take dog and surf spots would be lovely!! (all other advice welcome too)

We are planning a holiday and the flights will transit us through London Gatwick for about two hours. I wonder if we have to obey any covid rules on arrival at the UK airport?

We have the pre-installation set up in our flat in Benidoleig. So now we need to put in an air-con unit. Anyone operating in the area that would be suitable to do this for us?
