Does anyone know if I’m able to leave Spain to drive through France and into Uk ? I’m booked on eurotunnel Tuesday evening was leaving Monday morning  not sure if I’m allowed to leave ? Please help I’m on my own with 3 dogs 

Hi any advice would be great fully received. We bought our house in 2018. The agent was great and dealt with changing all the utilities etc. However the only bill we ever get is the electric and that is set as a direct debit. I have asked the agent and get assured that the water has been changed to our details but we have never had a bill to pay. Also we have never had a bill to pay for the refuse and annual taxes. If anyone has any advice as to how we get this information it would be much appreciated. We currently don’t live in Spain full time and the house is a holiday home so only over periodically.

Please can I ask for advise, is it necessary to book an appointment for an itv? I had been looking on a website but haven’t been able to make an appointment and the itv needs to be redone by the end of Oct.

Can anyone give me an update on the flooding in Gaianes as I’m due to come over to my property on Friday? Was wondering if I’d actually be able to drive into it. It’s just on the outskirts of the village

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, we own a car in Spain and use serguro parking which has been great. The car is due it’s ITV in October when we are next over. My question is where can we can this done please? Or do we use the car parking people to do it but that is at least 150€? 

We are new to this and have only been over a handful of times since buying our house over here. We are learning Spanish but sadly not enough to use well at the minute. I don’t want to get ripped off at the garage etc? 

Does anyone know if there is a riding school near to Gaianes please?

Does anyone know where we can buy car parts to service our car please? Things like air, fuel, oil filters and oil, all the bits needed for a service. Or are we best the get them in the UK and then bring them over?
