Hi can anyone help. We have a wooden house placed on someone else's land. we have a contract and everything is legal. Someone has just said that as the house is on someones else's land the house is not legally ours. We are wanting to move as my husband has various medical problems and now we fear we may have to stay here.  please does anyone know about this. Surely it is the same as having a caravan on a site as our house is regarded as mobile.  Any information will be helpful. Many thanks.

Nice to meet you here in forum guys! 

Im Greta, 26 years old girl from Lithuania. Well, I'm here in Guadalest 4 months now, trying to catch your beautiful Spanish language :) 

Also, I'm trying to find some job here or somewhere around here :) I have a car, so I don't have any problems going to a work. 

In Lithuania I was working with food and drinks and customers for 8 years... Yeah, I know :)))) so I have a bartenders, waitresses, admins, and a restaurant managers (and you know that this job includes everything from a dishwasher to electromechanic things sometimes:) experience. BUT. I can do everything that you will show me. At least I will definitely try. 

Also, at the day I'm writting I know english, lithuanian and russian languages. I understand about 50 % spanish but for now I'm too shy to speak, I know main phrases, but I want and need to learn as soon as possible so I'm trying to do my best everyday :)

My family have owned our lovely apartment in Guadalest for 12 years but sadly it is time to move on.

Does anyone have any best advise on how to market the property (agents etc) There are many out there some better than others.

We have just returned from a few days in Benidorm where on the last day we where taken up to Guadalest and some very impressive gift shops in one we came across a lovely piece of pallet art which was too big to fit in our suitcase, we both feel in love with this art work as much as we can recall it was white back ground with a lady on with gold under lay to it.

if anybody would happen to know the name of the gift shop or better still a website or phone number that would be great.

Looking for a good cleaner near to Confrides 

I am taking a party to Guadalest and I am looking for somewhere to stop for lunch which is good value for money and offers wine within the price

I was in guadalest today and saw in a shop the cutest purses bit didn't look who the designer was or the shop name the purses we themed with cute designs and prints one had a cat on it and said who let the cat out (of the bag )  another was a Christmas theme  it was tiny looked like a ginger bread house   I would like to order one and wondered if the shop had these on line
