Hi

We are looking for a recommended builder to renovate a bedroom.  We are based in La Mata.

The job isn't urgent as we are looking at starting at the end of May/June due to visitors, but would like to get this lined up now if possible.  We would like the following work carried out:

Remove and replace an external door to balcony. Requires removal and replacement of some brickwork to repair.

External arch to be glazed and blocked in.

Existing window to be replaced.

Removal of old wardrobe frame, internal plastering of four walls, and ceiling.

12sqm floor tiling. Tiles supplied.

Relocate ceiling light.

Replacement of four sockets.

All rubbish removed.
