Hi, We are trying to get our Padron in Albir, but have been told that we have to go to the Town Hall in Alfaz. Is this Correct ? If so where in Albir is it and what is the Procedure for getting it ?  What Documents do we need, Where is the correct place in the Town Hall to go. etc    Thank You     Chris

If you do come under l'Alfàs del Pí, go to (it's a badly organised website):

https://www.lalfas.es/

Click on Portal Ciudadano

Click Ver más under Para Ciudadano

Click on Altas y modificaciones en el Padrón Municipal de Habitantes.

That tells you what you need.

From what I can remember you need a passport ,NIE number and a utility bill then take them to Alfaz Del Pi town hall and they will do it while you wait.

I don't remember needing the house deeds but It may have changed .From time to time a leaflet is delivered with info of what you need because they want people to register so the council can get more money and for legal reasons of Corse .

Hi Chrisjk, what exactly did you need to register? We are still seeking a permanent address as we are in a temporary one. However we need to register on the padron in order to continue the process for our TIE card. any help would be appreciated!

Hi Again, Are you in Albir ?  You could just Pop up to the Town Hall in Alfaz and ask them just what is needed, and explain that you don't have a Long Term Rental Agreement although I think you will need a Long Term Rental Contract.    Chris
