Good morning I have just joined this site I currently live in the uk with my partner and two children we come every year to Alcudia for a holiday and have fallen in love with the place I currently work at my local hospital as a clinical support worker but we are wanting to move over to Spain but honestly I have no idea how to go about it
Do you both only have UK passports? If you do, then, unfortunately, you have very little chance of moving to Spain to live and work. It's a "Benefit of Brexit".

Yes we do oh god really that’s disappointing does it not work even if we get a permit to live and work there
If you want to work in Spain then you will have to find a Spanish employer to offer you a job and then sponsor you for the work visa.
Trouble is all available jobs must first be offered to Spanish or other EU citizens, only it that fails to produce a suitable candidate can an employer recruit from 3rd countries such as UK.
What that means in reality is unless you have some extraordinary skill which can't be found anywhere in the EU then your chances of landing a job are effectively zero.
In the vast majority of cases you would also need to be fluent in the language.
Hope you didn't vote leave.

Ahh I see well I’m not a nurse or anything just a healthcare assistant so doubt they’ll be wanting folk like me haha
oh no I didn’t vote leave we love travelling to Spain go every year I was just hoping for a better life somewhere we absolutely love rather than being miserable in the uk forever 😂😞😞

At the moment, it's easier for Brits to emigrate to Canada, New Zealand and Oz than to the EU. If you or your partner have recent Irish ancestry, then investigate getting an Irish passport........otherwise, unless you have a lot of money, you have no chance with Spain. I didn't vote for Brexit either.

Try Portugal or Romania. I have heard they are not as strict as Spain.
