Hi
I need to hire a car usually for 1 week at a time from Alicante and murcia airport. Any recommendations on a good affordable firm? The best/ cheapest I’ve found so far is doyouspain

Cars have become scarce firms say since Covid arrived & prices are high because of that scarcity.
Do you Spain is not a hire firm but an agency like HolidayAutos, Comparecarhire & others. Your deal with them may not cover everything at the car rental firms desks at the airport. You’re likely to be asked for a large deposit or to take their own Excess cover insurance.
There are good firms out there with all-inclusive deals but their car stock numbers are lower & it is getting harder to find a spare car with them now. Lara is one of the best along with Edi, Coys, Magnum to name a few. There are others advertising on Facebook but I haven’t experienced them myself.
