Does anyone know where I can buy a IšAlgorfa car sticker or something similar please ? I did see it on a car driving through Algorfa recently .

We got ours at the Post Office (Correo) in Quesada. You just need the cars documentation and you get it on the spot.

I think you are misreading the post. The OP doesn't want an emissions sticker, he wants a bumper sticker to say he loves Algorfa.
Maybe try a Chinese shop? Ours has loads of things with Quesada on them.
