Would anyone know how much you would need to add onto a properties price for all of the legal stuff and and tax that would have to be paid, any idea anyone? Would love a rough idea as I am thinking of moving to Algorfa, many thanks

It’s normally around 14%. property tax takes up 10% of that.

When we bought our apartment it all added up to 14%

Budget for 15% and that will cover it. As stated before 10% is our equivalent of stamp duty.
