Looking to buy an appartment

Hi, looking to buy a place in Algorfa soon. Any hints or tips greatfully received. Thanks 👍

We have an apartment in the Fontanas on Algorfa village. La Finca and Montemar are also classed as Algorfa but are maybe a five minute drive from the village. La finca has lots of bars and restaurants, the village is a bit quieter but we love it. Fontanas are well kept communities and there re usually a few for sale.

My friend and I bought in Algorfa last year - we used Home Costa Blanca ask for for Bethnal, a really good estate agent - English speaking but they live in the village so where so helpful and they offer a key service as well. They couldn’t do enough. Use their recommended solicitor and it all went smoothly. Only thing I’d check is aircon - we bought an apartment 20 years old and the aircon packed up first week we had it - the town is lovely

Thanks for the post, we have used the same agent, they are good. Looking forward to completing around April. No Aircon fitted yet, so will be looking for reliable trades to fit. 👍

We used this guy for aircon - after a few quotes he was the most reasonable and did a fantastic job
