In short, who says? There is a pandemic going on. I am not being glib, but it could change hour/day/month each report we receive via govt. or media explanations.. We wait & see what happens?

Read the reports about the virus in Spain and then make your own mind up!!
Make sure you wear a mask at all times when in Spain for your own safety and especially for mine.

Compared to the UK, I don't think there is much difference. The incidence of Corona in the Valencian Community is about 45 per 100k inhabitants, which compares well with the worst hit areas of the UK (Leicester is around 140 per 100k) but not with the less affected areas such as Sutton (1.2)
Adherence to measures (masks and sanitiser) is much higher than I have seen in the UK.
