I have lost contact with a lady I met in Mercadona, who hails from Co Longford.
We introduced ourselves, and I belive she is called Noreen/Doreen. I took her telephone number, but FORGOT TO SAVE IT! So if you are out there we could rendezvous next Monday at 6.00 pm at cafe Iruna at the very beginning of Alfonso Sabio, (close to the shop selling handbags) I will also be there at the same time the following week.

In the meantime, have you heard of the womens group, Alicante Social ChiCas?
Its on Facebook and then Whatsapp.
Its aim is to help women meet up, go for coffee, dinner, walks, local trips, just make friends in the city.
Its free to join with no demands etc...
We meet again on Dec 6th for coffee, I'm from Meath but other ladies from US, UK, Canada, Spain, Scandinavia ++
Perhaps you can join us?

Hi no worries.
Look at top of your CB home page.
There should be a little envelope with a red number. That means you have a private message.
Then there is a Bell with red number which means someone has replied to your topic.
Have a look ;))

Good Afternoon Mary
It was nice to meet you the other evening in the cold and dark over an equally cold cup of coffee. I very much appreciate your coming out on the bus to meet me.
I am surprised that you have not been in touch regarding the time and place of Chicas meeting for coffee. I believe it was initially the 7th, then the 8 of December. I was so looking forward to meeting the other ladies.
As I mentioned to you, my husband has mobility problems, he's slow, but gets there in the end, so I don't like leaving him on his own for too long, just a couple of hours, then we go out together.
The other thing is that I not very good on Facebook, so if you have sent messages there, I might not have got them. Could You please, just at first stick with this method for the time being.
