Paint and Decorator

Hi Guys,
I am currently selling my house on Bonalba golf near El Campello and need a good decorator to paint interior and some of the outside. asap.
people viewing keep trying to knock the price down a lot, for what I see as minor jobs and its pretty difficult to get over at the moment . So if you can recommend someone I would appreciate it Thank you (I posted in El Campello but no replies) thanks again
